Second and third were Twin City Twisters teammates Alexia Mouyenga and Rachel Wilkening who both posted 38.0, but Mouyenga won the tie-breaker (highest single event score - 9.8 on vault) to take the silver.

The 36 participants in the Nastia Liukin Cup were selected through the Nastia Liukin Cup Series, which featured 18 of the country’s top gymnastics invitationals held throughout the country.
